  • Emergency Medical Response: Immediate medical support, on-site stabilisation, and transport to the nearest appropriate hospital if required.
  • Comprehensive Trauma Counselling:
    • Unlimited telephonic and face-to-face counselling, up to R10,000 per family or R5,000 per individual per year.
    • Support is available for a range of traumatic experiences, including armed robbery, hijacking, serious accidents, assault, suicide-related trauma, mental health crises, diagnosis of life-threatening illness, fires, and bereavement (such as the loss of a spouse or child).
  • 24/7 Nurse-On-Call Service:
    • Round-the-clock access to qualified nurses for medical guidance, symptom assessment, and health counselling.
    • Includes child and baby care advice, pre- and post-surgical guidance, chronic illness counselling (e.g., HIV), and support throughout your treatment journey.
  • Emergency Services Coordination:
    • Additional emergency services can be dispatched at the member’s cost.
  • Mental Health Counselling:
  • Professional support for stress, anxiety, and depression, ensuring you and your loved ones are never alone during challenging times.
